How do i cancel my membership subscription so i am not rebilled?

Memberships are all recurring and rebill or recharge you at the end of their time period. To change subscriptions or perform other actions pertaining to memberships, log in and visit the My Account Page or the CCBill account you created/signed up with to cancel.
To Cancel Memberships visit https://support.ccbill.com and input your payment method, email, card # and Subscription ID* to search and cancel your membership

What are your return/exchange, refund, and order cancellation policies?

We do not sell physical material objects. All content is digital and made available immediately at the time of sign up/purchase. You cannot return/exchange digital content.

Refunds may be issued on a case to case basis by contacting us directly at dsphotographyny@gmail.com.

How often is the Members Area updated?

The Members Area is updated with new content monthly between the first and last day of each month.

Complaints policies for review or take-downs?

Contact us directly at dsphotographyny@gmail.com with the url of the content in question with a brief message of your concerns.

We will review the content within 7 days and if it is deemed illegal or found to violate any standards it will be taken down.
