Diamond Standard Photography reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to Member, to terminate a Member’s access to the Site (or any portion thereof). In the event of the suspension or termination of a Members access to the Site (or any portion thereof), Member’s right to use the Site (or any portion of which Member access has been terminated) and to access any Content or Services contained thereon will immediately cease. Any such termination or suspension may be implemented without notice or refund to Member.
